Scope of Services. Through this Site, TheReliefRoom markets and arranges Deep Tissue Massage, Full-Body Massage, Sports Massage, Stress Relief Massage, Swedish Massage, Therapeutic Massage. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Ownership. TheReliefRoom (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Cap on Damages. Liability of TheReliefRoom arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify TheReliefRoom against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under MA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in MA for any related dispute.
Updates. TheReliefRoom reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
